Computer Sciences advisors are available for current UW students who are declared in the Computer Sciences major or certificate via drop-ins, scheduled appointments, and email (email@example.com).
Currently, we do not have the capacity to meet with pre-declared students in-person. Pre-declared students can find their assigned advisor here and are also welcome to email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with quick, CS-related questions.
Drop-in advising sessions are perfect for quick conversations on topics such as scheduling issues, courses for an upcoming semester, ISS forms, etc. Drop-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore, it is recommended to arrive early to advising hours, as space may fill.
NEW THIS FALL: Drop-in advising availability for declared CS students can be viewed by clicking on each advisors’ individual profile in Starfish.
Advising appointments are perfect for longer conversations on topics such as long-term academic planning, academic concerns, study abroad, etc. Appointments are for declared CS students only and can be scheduled via your MyUW Starfish app.
New advisor coming soon!
