Rachel Lombardi

Research Computing Facilitator - CHTC


Rachel Lombardi, PhD, is a Research Computing Facilitator for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Center for High Throughput Computing, the OSG’s (formerly Open Science Grid) Open Science Pool, and the Partnership to Advance Throughput Computing (PATh) Facility. Rachel assists researchers around the world in strategizing and troubleshooting their computational workflows, as well as teaching them computational concepts.

Prior to working at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and her graduate education at the University of California, Davis. She previously carried out research at Cornell University, North Carolina State University, and interned at Kellogg Company.
