Inferring Stress-Activated Signaling Subnetworks in Yeast

In response to environmental stress, cells undergo widespread
transcriptional changes, in part to divert gene expression from normal cell
growth functions to stress defense. Although many key regulators are well
understood, knowledge of the signaling pathways, and how they vary depending
on the stress, is highly incomplete. In this collaborative project, which
included members of the Gasch, Craven, Coon, and Ansari labs, we developed
an experimental and computational pipeline to infer the sodium chloride
