Ultratec, Inc. currently has a Corporate Helpdesk Analyst position available. This is an internship position located at our Ultratec, Inc. Headquarters in the University Research Park on the west side of Madison. This position has the possibility of becoming permanent.
Position Summary: The Corporate Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing maintenance of the computer desktop by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing PC hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. This position is also responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, and related equipment. Additional tasks also include answering end users’ PC and software support questions, performing PC maintenance, and assisting with PC setups and software upgrades.
