CS major Nicte Aguillon Jimenez receives OZY Genius Award for worldwide menstrual & sexual health chatbot

CS major and King-Morgridge Scholar Nicte Aguillon Jimenez was chosen from thousands of applicants to receive the OZY Genius Award. The award will allow Aguillon Jimenez to continue her work on a chatbot that answers questions about menstrual and sexual health in over 130 languages. So far, the information has been limited to typing questions, but the award means that Aguillon Jimenez can work on a voice-enabled component, so that literacy and familiarity with technology will no longer be barriers to reaching resources.
