CSL End-of-Semester Information (December 2008)

1. CS instructional labs will be open regular hours (7AM - 1AM) all days
   that the CS building is open.

2. CS instructional accounts (accounts created explicitly for students
   taking CS courses) will remain active until the add deadline for the
   spring semester. If you take another CS class in the spring, your
   account will remain active for the spring semester (with disk and
   paper quota adjustments).  Lab-provided paper quotas from the fall
   semester will be removed. Purchased printing quotas will carry-over.

3. Special instructional accounts (accounts given to specific students
   for course projects on computers other than the instructional
   workstations) will be removed after the grade submission deadline
   (December 26)

4. New CS Majors will be added or have their account status changed when
   we get the data from the Registrar.

5. After the grade submission deadline (December 26), the Systems Lab
   will begin any system upgrades that are necessary. At various times
   during the winter break, the instructional labs may be unavailable
   with little or no notice for system maintenance or room maintenance.
