Converting XCGIs to CSL Environment Web Hosting

After your new CSL Environment Web Hosting account is activated, please follow these steps:

1. move/copy xcgis from their existing location in ~/public/html to ~/public/html-www
2. renamed from <filename>.xcgi to <filename>.cgi
3. edited to change all references of:
   1. ~/public/html to their new location inside ~/public/html-www
   2. pages.cs.wisc.edu to <username>-www.cs.wisc.edu
