Setting up "COMPSCI-1X in Windows Vista or Windows 7

• The first step is to install SecureW2. Follow the instructions in the installer, your computer will probably have to be rebooted for the changes to take effect.
• After SecureW2 is installed, open the Wireless Networks Manager.
  • Start Menu--Control Panel--View network status and tasks--Manage Wireless networks (on the left hand panel)
• Click Add, and fill in the following information:
  • Network name: COMPSCI-1X
  • Security Type: WPA2-Enterprise
  • Encryption Type: AES
• Click Next
• Click Change Settings
• Click the Security Tab
• Under "choose a network authentication method", choose "SecureW2: SecureW2 EAP-TTLS"
• Click Settings
• Click Configure
• Under the Connection tab, uncheck "Use alternate outer identity"
• Under the Certificates tab, uncheck "Verify server certificate"
• Click OK on all the menus.
• Connect to the COMPSCI-1X network
• It should pop up a SecureW2 box asking for your credentials
• Type in your CS username and password and leave the domain blank and then hit Ok
• You should now be connected to COMPSCI-1X
