AT&T

You should be able to get 15% your service (so a $39.99+tax plan becomes $33.99+tax), and some other discounts, too. The process is often referred to as 'applying a FAN to your account,' and it'll mean you end up with an AT&T Premier or Business account, but it's just a change in which group of customer support people you talk to (the business ones are better anyway).

Note that this does apply to the iPhone 3G data plan.
