Computer Science Spring 2002 Potluck
When: Saturday, April 6th, 7-11pm.
Where: 3139 CS&S.
What: An informal potluck dinner organized by SACM.
What are you talking about? What is this thing?
The potluck is our yearly social gathering where everyone who is
associated to the Computer Sciences Department in some way is invited
to bring a dish to share with everyone.
Friends and family are most welcome. We just ask you to bring enough
food to feed everyone you bring. In the past, the potluck has been
popular and a good way to try some interesting and tasty foods. This year
will be no exception and YOU will make that possible by attending. Any
questions can be directed to me:
richm@cs.wisc.edu .
The menu!
That's for you to decide! Check out what everyone's
bringing. You can bring any type of food
you feel like making. Purchased food is, ovbiously, acceptable, but
it's more interesting when you make something yourself. We've provided some
links to online recipe collections below.
To submit what you are
bringing, please use the form at the bottom of
this page, or e-mail me. In
your e-mail, specify the name of the dish and the category.
Culinary Infrastructure
We'll provide the following:
- a kitchen with a microwave and sink
- a room with tables and chairs
- plates and utensils
- soft-drinks and beer
You should provide:
- something yummy
- a utensil to serve it with
- your sunny personality
