CS-led project wins UW2020: WARF Discovery Award

This spring, 21 proposals from all corners of the UW-Madison campus were selected for UW2020: WARF Discovery Initiative awards. The awards include eight infrastructure projects and 13 research projects that cross multiple divisions on campus.

UW-Madison Computer Sciences is proud to announce that one of the projects, "Towards a City-scale Laboratory for Advanced Wireless Research," will be led by Prof. Suman Banerjee as principal investigator.  Co-principal investigators are Assoc. Prof. Aditya Akella, also of the Department of Computer Sciences, and Xinyu Zhang, Assoc. Prof. of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
