The CheckSem team of LE2I has two open positions for post-doc researchers for the Winecloud project. This project aims at establishing a complete chain of custody of the vineyard to consumers. It offers the wine industry new services and knowledge from data recovery (such as the prediction of diseases). It establishes a communication link with consumers.

The candidates hold a PhD in computer science. Their mission is to strengthen the scientific team of the project with skills in web semantic and knowledge engineering.
The position starting as soon as possible concerns Knowledge engineering and more espacially Data Mining candidate and the position starting in December concerns Web Semantic and more espacially Ontologies.
We are waiting for people capable to handle the project, and to propose their own research focus.

The people must have good publishing experience in their research field. They will have to build coordinated algorithms. This work will be the subject of the development of APIs with a support of an engineer dedicated to the project. The people will have to make states of the art on the fields and write several research articles on the subject in collaboration with the research team Checksem. The people will have to ensure the scientific follow-up of the project as well as the supervision of IT developments and related resources.

The monthly gross salary will be 2380 EUR (about 1945 net income after tax).
