We are pleased to announce a synthetic data generator of probabilistic data which was used in our paper [1].

At the same time, we are happy to release the implementation of our algorithms in [1, 2] as well as the real data set and the synthetic data sets used in [1]. The real data set Iceberg Sightings was made using the raw data from International Ice Patrol (IIP), and was preprocessed by us as described in [1].

The whole package PTKLib is downloadable at http://www.cs.sfu.ca/~jpei/Software/PTKLib.rar. We hope that some of you may find the package useful.
