This is an entry-level position where the primary responsibility is providing technology and customer service support for University Housing staff and residents. You will work with other student staff and full time staff who share your passion of technology and helping people with their technology needs and questions. Promotional opportunities will be available for staff who constantly exceed expectations. During the summer, Technology Services student staff work closely with Summer Conference Services staff to support all summer conference guests. This is done by creating and following-up on summer guests support cases, providing office/room phone set-ups, office set-ups, A/V Set-ups, and conducting in person on-site visits as needed for troubleshooting and resolution.
