Subject: LIGO: condor_history -long option broken

The "-long" option to condor_history version 6.9.4 generates a usage message,
whereas "-l" properly displays the full classads. This disagrees with the man
page and the runtime -help usagae message.

An equally trivial bug is that "condor_history -help" does not document
the "-l" or "-xml" options.

We've fixed this now in 6.9.5.  Sorry for the confusion.
